Returns & Refunds Policy
At Tea Drop, we take pride in the quality of our harvests; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and sealed tea products. Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or consumed.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Ensure the tea is in its original, unopened packaging and place it securely in a shipping box with your original packing slip.
- 3.Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
